i had to book this hotel last minute. staff arranged a very late checkout. they allowed me to stay on until a storm cleared in one of their working areas. i sincerely appreciated it. the mini bar prices felt very fair. the staff's attention to detail is superb.
i found the servings for dinner a bit small.

the gym is padrĂsimo and sĂşper equipado. the rooftop bar is lovely and provides very good service. it has allocated spaces in the st james's centre for parking convenience.
